Świetne miejsce godne polecenia, lokalizacja idealna, plaża jest pod samym domem. Czystość zasługuje na wyróżnienie bo przewyższa obowiązujące standardy. Choć nie spotkałem się z gospodarzem, była ona bardzo responsywna na chatcie. Wygodne łóżko i czysta klimatyzacja sprawiły że czas spędzony w apartamencie był bardzo przyjemny. Powitalne wino było super niespodzianką.
- Nasz pokój był połączony z sąsiednim przez zamknięte drzwi, przez co słyszeliśmy wszystko tak jakbyśmy mieszkali wszyscy wspólnie, brak prywatności.
- Oferowane śniadanie za 7 euro to crossant z kawą w sąsiednim barze, kupno tego na własną rękę w tym samym miejscu wychodzi taniej...
- Właściciel wymaga wysłania skanu dowodu osobistego drogą elektroniczną przed przyjazdem, nie jest to bezpieczny sposób dzielenia się danymi i powinien zostać usprawniony

Everything was perfect! The beach is right in front of the accommodation, just cross the street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The center of Pescara is also very close, about a 5-minute walk.
The room has everything you need and feels new, clean, and fresh. We would definitely choose this place again if coming back.
I wouldn’t say this was a negative aspect, but there is a locked connecting door to the neighboring apartment, which is also rented out. It didn’t cause us any inconvenience, but it does make it easier to hear the other guests at times.

La posizione fantastica davanti al mare, a pochi minuti dal centro città e con tutte le comodità vicine.La pulizia della camera e il giatfinetto fuori.Lo staff disponibilissimo ci ha permesso di fare il ckin prima nonostante il poco preavviso e ci ha assistito in tutto.L ccoglienza con una bottiglia di vino ottimo nella camera e una bottiglia di acqua fresca nel frigo nonché il caffè!che dire ...ritorneremo di sicuro e lo consigliamo ai nostri amici!TOP!
