Хотим поблагодарить Франческо Антонио и его сына за гостеприимство! Отличный дом/апартаменты - все удобно, центральное расположение дома при этом тихо и уютно. У нас были в пользовании велосипеды и это очень удобно в Пескаре - съездить в магазин, на пляж, на рынок. Кроме того хозяин нас снабдил зонтом для пляжа, т.к. мы часто пользовались бесплатным (находится по побережью метров 300 в сторону центра города). Кондиционер работал отлично. Хорошо бы еще морозилку в холодильник - мороженое приходилось есть сразу:-)
Во дворе имеются шезлонги и садовые кресла.

There is central location of the house but quiet and cozy. We had bicycles to use and it is very convenient in Pescara - to go to the store, to the beach, to the market. In addition, the owner provided us with a parasol, because we often used the free beach(it is located along the coast about 300 meters towards the city center). The air conditioner worked great. It would be nice to have a freezer in the refrigerator - we had to eat ice cream right away :-)
There are sun loungers and garden chairs in the yard.

A very welcoming host and a very cozy place. Ideal for both short and long stays. It has all amenities to make you feel at home (apart from the washing machine perhaps). Nice inner courtyard with sun beds, several grocery stores and restaurants in vicinity and a 15-min walk to the city centre, all in all - an amazing option for your stay in Pescara

Nice apartment, very central, comfortable beds and very quiet.
The host is very friendly we had a nice welcome on arrival and departure.
We strongly recommend it.
The kitchen could do with a microwave or oven, and a washing machine could be very useful.
