Beautifully renovated ground floor flat with little courtyard garden, comfy bed and every facility you need for a holiday stay. Location is handy for Pescara Centrale rail station, 10 mins away. It’s a bit further to the city centre and then the beach, but all walkable easily.

Heerlijk schoon en praktisch ingericht appartement. De groene ruimte buiten voor het appartement biedt mogelijkheden om te genieten in het zonnetje.
Het appartement ligt pal naast de ingang van een complex met woningen waar het automatische hek steeds luid van open en dicht gaat.
Dit went wel gelukkig.

Je bent binnen een paar minuten in het centrum en strand
Parkeren gratis en in de nabijheid
De kleine maar fijne tuin.
Een geweldige compleet huis waar aan alles aan gedacht is,complimenten.
‘S macht gaat de vaak een elektrische slot open van de centrale ingang en knalt weer dicht ,de poort zit precies naast de accommodatie helaas.
Daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen

Abbiamo trascorso qui tre notti, l’appartamento è molto bello e pulito, con un design curato nei minimi dettagli e completo veramente di tutto, ci siamo sentiti come fossimo a casa. Maria e suo marito ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza, fornendoci ogni spiegazione sulla casa e lasciandoci a disposizione anche acqua, snack, tè e caffè. La posizione è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro cittadino. In zona ci sono un paio di supermercati raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto nelle strade adiacenti.
Lo consiglierei sicuramente per una vacanza a Pescara.
