Location and the provision of vending machine on the floor
No bidet. Cheap bathroom tissues. Poor lighting in the kitchen area . One of the pillowcases has stain. It took a while to check in bec. the front did not have the confirmation from you and your call center agents weren’t friendly

I wish I would’ve seen more people on my floor but the good thing about not many people on my floor I slept good
