MGM Signature - Patio Strip View Jacuzzi Studio

The walking distance to MGM The District is relatively short and covered. It is about 10 minutes.

The kitchenette was too cramped and dark. I think it is because the original area area for kitchen cabinets was converted to accommodate the tv set making it small, dark and crowded. Additionally the hot water faucet on the left side of the bathroom vanity was closed on purpose, I suspect due to an unresolved leak on the hot water supply line. I say that because there are traces of water under that sink. When I called the front desk they advised me to email the owner.

Size of room, balcony with a view, abundance of equipment, location.

1. The TV didn't really work- it could be turned on followed by entering its start page, however no app nor any channel shown on the page could be accessed. 2. The bathroom is so generous in size, but it really needs an exhaust fan instead of just ventilation. The separate lavatory is more even so. 3. I could not find a wine opener/ cork screw among the kitchen utensils.

Large studio flat in a great location. Huge bathroom, balcony, fridge and safe. Excellent value for money compared to hotel options, also saving on resort fees. Great to have access to the main MGM pool area too. The signature has its own pools as well as a gym, thoroughly recommend the property.

The TV wasn’t working. Not essential in Vegas but would have been nice to have in the background at times.

I loved the location, the balcony with views of the strip, the comfortable bed with big fluffy pillows, the kitchenette, the jacuzzi!, access to Signature and MGM Grand pools, the fold out sofa bed got used when a friend came over it was lovely! Loved that it was no smoking, no casinos

I wasnt able to use the TV,, I know you don't come to Vegas to watch TV, but I missed 2 of my home football teams games back in Australia, I wasn't able to connect to cast from my phone so I had to watch it on my phone's tiny screen! I messaged LVC and told to try the turn on/off trick, I also had the maintenance guy come out twice and also contacted Signature with no resolution. Apparently it's a problem with the owners tv??? I changed my booking from another condo to this one because this condos TV was bigger, so I am very disappointed I wasn't able to use it for the entire 16 night stay. I expected a lot better for how much I paid. Another thing was the rugs that were curled at the corners - quite a bad trip/fall hazard, I tried to weight the corners down to get them to flatten but didn't help. I worry if soneone tripped with the balcony door open could be a disaster. Would be nice to have larger bath sheets instead of bath towels
