Lovely accommodation and owners, great location in the area we needed to be in for work. Great beach close by. Parking was outside. We would stay again.

JP made us very welcome, explained everything about the property and gave us some tips on where to eat. Our room was spacious and spotless! Everything had been thought of, large towels, plenty of power points, water in the room, amazing shower and two sinks. Breakfast was superb, nothing was too much trouble and the quality was excellent

A lovely stay. Bed was excellent, we slept really well. The breakfast was exceptional and the whole establishment was spotlessly clean. Jean-Pierre and Sarah were welcoming and attentive hosts. Highly recommended, Bay House is a first class bed and breakfast venue.

Location of property suited us well. Walking distance from the beach. Local bus stops nearby. Host couldn’t be more helpful- it was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly hosts who were very happy to help. Excellent facilities and breakfast. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The rooms were really fresh and clean. Plenty of lighting, mirrors, very fresh linen and room serviced daily. Tea and coffee was plentiful. There is a dining room area to use with a fridge so we were able to have a drink and snack in a comfortable private area on our last evening. Jean Pierre and Sarah were wonderful. Really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly made to order. The house is in a good area, close to beach and within walking distance of freshwater. There is a convenience store across the road. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great little B n b. Most importantly the hosts Jean-Pierre and Sara are lovely people, friendly and helpful. Makes such a difference when travelling alone. Property is very nicely decorated, uncluttered, spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice toiletries, nice tea / coffee / hot choc selection and fresh milk, all much better than an average B n B! I am very noise sensitive and was worried about road and shop opposite but neither were any bother. Quiet location but short walk to beach and short drive to Needles and coastal walking areas. I didn’t have breakfast but the menu for it looked very nice, which was £18 extra. Very useful to have access to a fridge and dining room if you want to get take out food etc. Hosts super helpful and accommodating. Thankyou

If I had to say one negative for me is no outside area to sit etc, which I missed especially as weather nice. However it is also the hosts home so can’t really expect to use their private garden, and it’s only about a 5 min walk to beach.

Bay House was immaculate with quality furnishings and bedding. Excellent choice at breakfast and Jean Pierre was a lovely host.

Jean-Pierre could not be more welcoming as the host at Bay House . Nothing was too much trouble. My room was well equipped, very clean with a really comfortable bed. There’s a wide choice of food for breakfast and you can have a local take away delivered if you need an evening meal & don’t want to go to a local restaurant. There’s a corner store nearby for any thing you might need. I recommend Bay House very highly.

We were met at Bay House by Sarah who was very friendly and explained where everything was before showing us to our room which was modern and tastefully decorated. The room had a good selection of teas and coffees, a comfy bed and TV as well as an excellent low noise tower fan that was much needed as it was a very warm day that we arrived. The modern en-suite has a nice walk in shower with a duel shower head, good quality towels and some nice toiletries . The breakfast room was laid out with various cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices and an extensive menu of cooked options that were good quality and cooked to perfection. Bay house is situated a very short walk from from Totland beach with the waterfront restaurant and The Bay cafe both of which were very good, and the coastal path to Colwell bay. I would certainly recommend Bay House and we look forward to staying again in the future

Great location, very friendly host, room was very well maintained and well decorated. Car parking on the driveway outside was very convenient. Lovely breakfast. Couldn't really fault it at all.

Heating in room was a bit tricky to operate.

There is nothing not to like at Bay House. The owners Sarah and JP were lovely hosts, made me feel very welcome and made the experience like being in my own home. Sarah makes a wonderful breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities were more than I would expect for a bed and breakfast. High standards throughout. Very clean. I would highly recommend and will be booking to go there again next time I visit the area.

Jean-Pierre was super helpful and looked after us really well. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and generous. The room was comfortable, well decorated and warm.

Everything was perfect! Such a lovely, welcoming couple. A lovely, modern, extremely clean and comfortable room with everything I could have wanted and the fresh milk in the little fridge was so nice instead of those horrible little capsules!!

Very clean, spacious and very nice hosts

Sarah and Jean-Pierre are the lovelies hosts, great communication, and everything was perfect - spotless cozy room decorated with great attention to detail, the comfiest bed, breakfast made with love, even fellow travellers me met at the breakfast table were great :-) Not mentioning an amazing location - even without a car we enjoyed the most scenic routs and could walk to a couple great restaurants. Taxis are available if you'd like to go any further :-) We're definitely coming back when on Isle of Wight!

Bay House is a perfect place for a short stay on the Isle of Wight....immaculately clean, fabulous breakfasts, and Sarah and Jean-Pierre were brilliant hosts who bent over backwards to help us. We had some band gear with us which they kindly let us store in the house (rather than leave in the car). Very welcoming, thank you both!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Jean-Pierre, Sarah and Alex in Bay House, who were so kind, friendly and thoughtful. Everything was new, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it felt like a 5-star hotel. We had the use of a beautiful dining room to have a takeaway in, or just sit and read if we wanted. Special little touches such as our own mini-fridge for fresh milk, and a selection of teas in the bedroom, all contributed to a feeling of being valued and looked-after as a guest. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully cooked by Jean-Pierre, and were accompanied by every extra you could wish for: cereals, different jams, yoghurts, fruit juices, fresh fruit. Totland itself is a great place to stay; a short walk down to the sea, and very near Yarmouth and Freshwater, and an easy drive further afield along the coast or inland through the island. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Really nothing could have been better, as our hosts had thought of everything. The early morning deliveries to the shop opposite were occasionally a little noisy, but this wasn't anything to do with the hosts, and certainly would not stop us returning.

Jean-Pierre war ein so freundlicher Gastgeber, das Zimmer top gepflegt, das Zimmer und das Bad so groß! Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Supermarkt und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Auch kann man nach Freshwater laufen, wo man weitere Geschäfte und ein wunderbares Cafe finden kann. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt.

Dieses von einer Familie geführte B&B ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war wie neu, die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Frühstück schmeckt und für das Auto war ein Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür - wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
