Couldn’t wish for more - perfect

Accommodation was lovely and as described. High standard of finish, very clean. The host Candie, was so helpful, met us on arrival to show accommodation and was to support at any time if we needed it.

Great location for us to visit Monaco, great facilities, parking, and in a secure location. Everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return if staying in the area in the future

Apartment was fully equipped, nice and modern. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

It may not be the prettiest neighbourhood but it is quiet and a private, enclosed parking space is a huge advantage. We've had a great time.

Great little studio for couples, close to Nice

Wonderful little studio with a nice little patio. Candie is a really nice host. There's a dedicated parking spot which is quite useful. The place is close to Nice. It takes around 15-20 minutes to get there by car or taxi. We had a great time here.

OTSTANDING value for anyone staying near Eze

What a neat find! Eva was so nice to us as she met us at the gate. Residence parking was a big plus. The apartment was lovely. NICEST HOSTS IN FRANCE! They stocked our refrigerator and gave us snacks. Very clean and quite. Very nice bathroom. Easy to check in & out.

Had a sofa as as our fold out bed BUT it was a very comfortable bed. La Trinite is a bit off path. But for the money paid, it was well worth it. An excellent deal

The place I stayed at was very quiet and comfortable. It had a private parking lot, ensuring safety. It was a 15-minute drive away from the old town of Nice, making it suitable for friends traveling by car. The landlord was very nice. I will definitely come back next time.

It ticked all our boxes for what we wanted to do

Location was perfect for us as we were between nice and Monaco. We had to supply our own breakfast as it was a self contained apartment.Everything we needed was there.Own private parking in side electric gates.

Très agréable séjour.

Un accueil vraiment très chaleureux. Plein de gentilles attentions dans le studio, boisons dans le frigidaire, corbeille de fruits, gâteau, chocolat. C’est pour nous, la première fois que nous voyons ça. Candie se montre très disponible. Nous avons apprécié également la place de parking privée et sécurisée, ainsi que la localisation du logement qui permet de rayonner pour visiter les environs, Nice en particulier.

Appartement au top! le lit est très confortable, il ne manquait rien pr passer un bon séjour! Place de parking, Propreté impeccable, petites attentions de la part de Candie qui est très disponible en cas de besoin. Merci pr l’intérêt que vous avez porté quant à ma venue c’est très appréciable.

D'une propreté exemplaire, bien équipé et doté d'une décoration sans faute de gout.

L'organisation de ce charmant studio rend son habitabilité idéale pour un court ou long séjour seul(e) ou en couple. D'une propreté exemplaire et doté d'une décoration sans faute de gout, le studio de Candie m'a conforté de part sa terrasse équipée et exposée EST de sorte à bénéficier des premiers rayons de soleil. Mais aussi sa résidence calme est sécurisée avec une place de parking spécialement réservée pour mon séjour qui s'est déroulé sans soucis. L'équipement proposé est pléthore et de qualité. La charmante propriétaire vous accueille avec soin (quelques délicatesses de bienvenue vous attendent ici et là). Personnellement j'ai apprécié recevoir un petit message durant mon week end me demandant si tout se passait bien. Le chemin stratégique vous menant au bord de l'eau est typique de la région ;) . A ce prix de nuitée franchement il n'y a rien redire ci ce n'est MERCI beaucoup. Je recommande fortement
