Απλά καταπληκτικό !!! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού με όλα τα απαραίτητα . Η τοποθεσία πάρα μα πάρα πολύ καλή καθώς είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στην παλαιά πόλη το οποίο βολεύει την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο - βρίσκεις σχετικά εύκολα πάρκινγκ - φαντάζομαι το χειμώνα είναι πιο δύσκολο.

Die Wohnung war für uns einfach perfekt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der großzügige offene Wohnbereich mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich. Dazu das große Badezimmer, die beiden schönen Schlafzimmer und der Balkon mit Blick Richtung Straße und auf den Park – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar: mitten in Kalamata und trotzdem angenehm gelegen. In nur drei bis vier Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt, in der Fußgängerzone und auf dem Platz mit den vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Eisdielen. Von hier aus konnten wir eigentlich alles wunderbar erreichen. Für uns war die Kombination aus Wohnung, Ausstattung und Lage einfach grandios!

Hier gibt es für uns tatsächlich nichts zu schreiben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können an der Unterkunft absolut nichts aussetzen.

We’ve spent 2-3 years of the past 10 in Greece exploring the whole country. This would have to be the most comfortable apartment we’ve ever stayed in for our family of 4. Everything is carefully thought out and quite precise, the mattresses and bedding are superb, climate control is easy, there is entertainment options and lots of space in the open plan layout. We stayed 7 nights, we could, aside from the parking situation, easily stay here for 3 months. At its current price point we think this represents great value for money. The hosts treated us to a whole box of assorted Ice Creams which was a really kind gesture.

The parking situation is an issue. It’s Russian roulette as to whether you’ll get a great parking space or need to walk a few blocks. This can be stressful at check in and out, thankfully we got lucky. The reality is this is no different for the locals residing in the neighbourhood.
