בעלת הבית שלחה הודעה יום לפני והסבירה איפה המפתח. היה מאוד קל למצוא את הבית וגם למצוא חנייה בקרבת מקום. בית מאוד נעים עם מזגנים בכל החדרים שעבדו מצויין המקלחת משופצת ונעימה, המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. הבית ממש קרוב למרכז העיר כך שממש קל להגיע לכל המסעדות במרכז. סך הכל היה ממש טוב אם אחזור לקלאמאטה אחזור לדירה הזו בשמחה רבה

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική. Στο παλιό γραφικό κέντρο της πόλης, μόλις 20 μέτρα από σημείο που φτάνει αυτοκίνητο. Κοντά σε καφέ, εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά. Το σπίτι είναι σε ήσυχο σημείο, πολύ φωτεινό και άνετο για 2 ζευγάρια . Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
Τα κρεβάτια και τα λευκά είδη να είναι καλύτερης ποιότητας. Το WC στο ισόγειο δείχνει βρώμικο λόγω πατώματος, που πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί. Με αυτά τα δύο αναβαθμίζεται το κατάλυμα και θα μπορούσε η τιμή να ανέβει και 20%

Kalamata is a lovely, seaside city with wonderful places around it to explore (I especially recommend Polylimnio and ancient Messene) and Phares was the perfect place to stay: well-situated in the Old Town, generously equipped and immaculately clean. Thank you!
Parking can be a little tricky but we could drop people and bags off right by the house and then we almost always found a parking space near the church, just a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Unfortunately 2 toilet rolls were not sufficient for 5 adults across 4 days.
