Lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Posting House. Kilchrenan is a small, quiet hamlet found on a single track road. Fortunately, the Posting House is directly across from an excellent inn so we could walk across the street for dinner (closed Mon. and Tues.. Make reservations ahead). The Posting House was clean, stylish and very comfortable. The photos accurately depict the home. Sadly, due to weather we were not able to enjoy the large back yard. Kate is a most responsive host who went above and beyond when we had an issue to help us. The Posting House is about a 35 min. drive to Oban from which you can book ferries to some of the islands. Parking is right on the property. Wifi worked well. We liked the ability to spread out a bit. We would happily return!
Note that while there is a washing machine, there is no dryer.

Beautifully kitted out, everything you needed, comfortable lounge and bedrooms.
Nothing, everything was great and any small issues were resolved immediately.

The property was exceptionally well prepared and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and a generous supply of burning logs. Everything was clean, well maintained, and ready on arrival. Parking was conveniently located to the side of the property, safely set back from the main road, which made access easy and provided added peace of mind.
Not much. I would maybe add more lighting to the gate area that lets you park your car to the side of the house. Very minor point! :)
