Great location, clean, attractive, modern house. Everything that we needed.
You had to hire / pay for the gas bottle on the bbq separately. For a house that you are paying around $600 for a night for, you'd think a gas bbq would be included. One bbq meal doesn't use that much gas. If you are worried about people taking the gas bottle (this is not like, I would think/), just chain it to the bbq.
We tried to get an early check in, because we were attending an event at 3pm and we were told to just call when we arrived in Hanmer, however when we did that, we were then told that we hadn't organised an early check in, so this wasn't possible. We did end up getting in at 1pm, but I'm sure it could have been earlier, because on an earlier drive by, there were no guest or cleaners there that would have prevented this. So frustrating.
