Fantastic location - could walk to pools, cafes etc. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Lots of space for parking vehicles. Quiet. Great outdoor area. Great play area for kids. All amenities that we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, fridge & freezer space...

Toaster had a burnt cord and electric jug leaked. We asked for replacements but didn't receive any. Front door was difficult to lock/unlock due to misalignment with door frame.

Location perfect. Lots of spaces for children. Having a logburner was great.

Left a firelighter by the logburner but firelighter didn't work. We didn't find the extra matches until the following day. No paper etc to light a new fire. Had to go buy some. There is a bath, but warm water turned down as low it can be without being cold. Beds were made up but one of the covers was completely shredded around the edge with stuffing hanging out. Can pick these cheap covers up for very little at KMart or the Warehouse. I wouldn't give a guest at my house a shoddy cover like that. I'd put it in the dog kennel.
