House was great for 12 people & had exactly the amount of rooms and facilities for our Family. The house was great, clean, warm, HUGE - So spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Great distance from Hanmer Springs and township. Cosy. Clear instructions from the rental host company which answered every question! All the linen and kitchen facilities provided too which was great. Garage was cool too.
Please sharpen the knives! And maybe more clarity on what goes where in the kitchen. The rubbish and recycling rules were weird/different from what we were used to too.

Good location. Property is set out for families with a seperate living room for children.
It wasn’t clean, we wasn’t provided bags for the bins, me and my partner had to share a towell and when I complained, a lady walked in to the house without asking. The oven was filthy.
