Wonderful view, everything is close in Hanmer Springs - slightly longer walk or easy bike down the hill.

Loved the location and the house full stop ✨ was gorgeous and great for all of us staying. Very roomy, warm, cosy, family friendly atmosphere. I will absolutely be booking this house yearly. Phenomenal.

House was a good size and great location. Amenities were great too. House was very spacious, and we loved the fireplace, was so nice to have that going at night!

We asked for a cot for a baby months in advance and there wasn't one there on arrival. We reached out to the manager who did bring one but said they wouldn't supply bedding for it and we had to set it up ourselves and when we did open it, it was not in great condition and was really dirty full of what looked like sand (even though we were nowhere near the beach). This was really frustrating as we hadn't brought cot bedding with us. There was a whole heap of dirty towels just shoved into the washing machine that had been left there so we had to pull them out to wash our clothes. The showers had terrible water pressure, and it was hard to get a temp that wasn't scalding or luke warm. The beds weren't the worst I'd ever slept on, but I wouldn't call them comfortable and given it's a large house where you would expect it's often families booking it, would be great to have something that can be put in place to stop little kids going near the two really steep sets of stairs.
