Overall, very satisfied with this stay. Worth its money.

The location was just great. Although we only used taxi but the property is very close to the bus stops, shops, restaurants and coffeeshops. Very spacious. There were 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single bed) and 3 bathrooms. We were family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Checking in and out was super quick and easy.

Not bad, the value for was suitable

I didn’t try the breakfast

I requested them to extend my checkout from 11 am to 12 or 1 but they refused that even though we have checked in in late time

Bien placé, grand, mais mal insonorisé.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé à deux pas du bord de mer, et pas trop loin du Qasr-El-Watan (en voiture). Hôtes réactifs, concierges sympathiques dans l'immeubles. Comme il n'y avait personne après nous nous avons pu faire le check-out plus tard, ce qui fut appréciable.

Hélas l'insonorisation est mauvaise est c'est assez bruyant, ce qui nuit au sommeil. Les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas occultants, nous sommes réveillés par le jour et même la nuit nous ne sommes pas dans le noir. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude le soir, seulement tiède. Une vraie machine à café serait la bienvenue...

La camera grande ma arredo vecchio,non pulita ,non ci hanno fornito asciugamani per il viso e quelli per la doccia erano 3 solo su insistente richiesta ci hanno fornito gli altri 2. Stessa cosa per carta igienica. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto almeno una pulizia della camera anche pagando ma non è stata mai fatta.I letti avevano materassi molto usurati perciò molto scomodi.Sauna fuori uso e piscina in degrado
