Lokalizacja - rewelacja . Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Właściciel pomocny, zaangażowany.
Zdjęcia apartamentu - lekko podkoloryzowane. Mieszkanie częściowo odnowione, raczej po kosztach. Potrzebne sprzęty niby są, ale wszytko bardzo zużyte, zniszczone. Krzesła w kuchni brudne. Materac w sypialni - tragedia - taki miękki i zapadający się,że nie dało się na nim spać.
