Nous avons apprécié la décoration de l'appartement avec sa touche campagnarde. Dans l'ensemble, nous étions confortablement installés. La conciergerie est réactive et disponible. Emplacement correct dans une rue commerçante assez calme.
Seul bémol, le canapé lit est très bruyant la nuit et la table basse cassée risque de blesser quelqu'un.

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la gare et des départs de bus, commerces et restos à proximité, zone festival très accessible (env. 10 minutes à pied) Appartement rénové, lumineux, avec une superbe architecture et de beaux volumes, pièce à vivre spacieuse, nous nous y sommes sentis bien Equipement électroménager complet et de bonne qualité A part la dernière nuit, l'appartement était agréablement calme malgré la période de festival Prestataire réactif
Les parties communes de l'immeuble (ancien) semblent peu entretenues Détecteur de fumée non installé bien que dernier étage avec escalier d'accès en bois et restaurant au rez-de-chaussée (sans nuisances sonores) Chambre-mezzanine exigüe Table basse du salon cassée (cela n'aurait pas été un souci si nous avions été prévenus) Nous avons du nettoyer l'alèse du canapé-lit. Sensations de piqures au début pour l'un de nous (origine inconnue, pas de boutons), passées après 3 jours de ménage quotidien
