The check-in process was easy, and the apartment is well-designed for a family stay with a child. The second bedroom even includes some toys, which is highly appreciated.
We arrived after 6 pm and spent a lot of time trying to find a parking place as all of the spots were occupied. The kitchen had all the equipment you could imagine (except a dishwasher) but lacked some basic items you would expect, such as cleaning cloths, a new dish sponge, or washing pods. Another thing to note is that check-out is at 10 am. By that time, it's necessary to tide up the apartment according to their checklist, which even includes tasks like removing the bedsheets and taking out the garbage.

Logement idéalement situé et bien équipé.
Logement lumineux et propre, bien équipé, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Top !
Le parking est privé mais collectif et il n’y a pas de place attribuée : nous n’avons pas pu trouver de places certains jours (des places étaient cependant libre dans la rue mais limité à 1h30).

Excellent séjour !
Cet appartement était magnifique, totalement refait à neuf avec de nombreuses prises électrique. La pièce commune était grande et agréable, les 2 chambres spacieuses, la salle de bain pratique et le tout avec une propreté irréprochable. L'hôte était super sympa et a accédé à toutes nos demandes. Si je reviens à Lorient, je retournerai ici.
L'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Ce n'était pas gênant pour moi mais cela peut poser problème. La notice reçue pour accéder au logement peut faire peur, mais en fait, c'était très simple aussi.
