On the first floor, you will have a beautiful living room, modern with living room and dining room, a fitted kitchen, open to the main room with everything you need to prepare all your good meals, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs three bedrooms each with new bedding, a desk, a shelf, industrial decoration and a Breton wardrobe welcome you as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, you have a garage, a parking space, a laundry room with the washing machine and two gardens, one in front of the house and a more intimate one behind the house. You can take advantage of the outside to relax in the garden furniture and to share good meals, outdoor table. A barbecue is also available.
This house is in a quiet area, it is forbidden to have parties and disturb the neighbors after 10 p.m.
The location of the house is ideal for walking along the coastal path that leads to the submarine base (5 minutes walk), a high attraction of Lorient, with racing sailboats, submarine visits, the Eric Tabarly museum.., to the Kernevel marina (30 minutes), to the beaches of Larmor-Plage (50 minutes).
You can also take the boat to the submarine base to go to the island of Groix.
By car, you are 5 minutes from the city center of Lorient, 5 minutes from the beach of Larmor-Plage, 15 minutes from the beach of Kerguelen.
Finally, two bus stops are 5 minutes walk from the house, 15 minutes to reach the train station, 10 minutes to the city center, 15 minutes to the beach of Larmor-plage. These buses operate during the Interceltic Festival, including at night.
A supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot, the market of Lorient is 5 minutes away by car or bus, the one of Larmor-plage, very pleasant on Sunday mornings is 15 minutes away by car.
To have a drink or to eat, a very popular place is the base with its bar and restaurants with sea view or Larmor-Plage, Lomener..
