my daughter and i found this property very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.

the location was great as it was close to the city close to local shops and bakery and close to the train station. the staff were helpful and responsive when you needed help. The apartment was a comfortable size and we slept very well there. there are bus stops just a minute away as is the train station but its a nice quiet street and also you can access many different areas of lorient and further afield from almost your doorstep as the buses stop right near the adjoining street.. its great to have autonomous entry with the key lock box and door code which makes it easy to check in. contact was easy with the host who was responsive during all messaging for any requests etc. there was everything you needed such as a washing machine fridge etc all perfect if you wish to cook yourself although a few more pots and pans or strainer could be useful.

i didnt like the fact there were no curtains . However there are shutters to use during the day or night. The small toilet window didnt have enough cover which left you feeling exposed when using the bathroom. I had to ask for a clothes dyring rack as there wasnt one in the property. however the host did provide one once requested. the flats are not very soundproof but that didnt bother us at all as there was hardly ever any noise despite people being around. despite these small issues i do strongly recomend this property as it was very good value the apartment and bed was very comfortable. i dont use dishwashers and i think the listing said there was supposed to be one but there wasnt one in our apartment but maybe there are in the other apartments.

La situation du logement L’état du logement tout abimé. Le manque d’intimité dans les toilettes et la chambre visibilité avec les voisins. Les volets roulants qui s’ouvrent pas indépendamment. Voisinage très bruyant jusqu’à 3h du matin. À prix similaire nous avons eu des logements de meilleure qualité. Ne pas s’arrêter à Lorient!

La proximité avec la gare

L'assise du canapé est en piteux état, d'où inconfortable, pas de table pour manger, seulement une grande table de salon, donc obligé de manger pliés en deux, quelques locataires indésirables ( blattes), les portes de la chambre et du meuble frigo grincent, pas d'instructions pour le four et les plaques, pas mal de bruits, dont écoulement de l'eau ou fort souffle à l'utilisation du four, tapisserie décollée par l'humidité,, vue de la chambre sur une ruine calcinée...A part ça tout va bien.
