The space
The mountains are calling and I must go! Our home is located just 1 mile from downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes to the heart of Asheville. This is a brand new community of houses with new homes continuing to be under construction. We are excited for the expansion of our beautiful community!
3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen includes plenty of cookware, drink ware, and a bottle opener. Keurig for coffee. Appliances include: refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen island has two bar stools. The dining table seats 6.
Main Level:
Living room includes a sofa, TV, high speed internet, Netflix, and Hulu accounts logged in for your convenience. We do not have cable TV.
Deck for for those long range mountain views.
Kitchen.
Master Bedroom with bathroom en suite.
Half bath.
Lower Level:
Down one flight of stairs.
Living room with two chairs, TV, high speed internet, Netflix, and Hulu.
Office area with desk and chair.
Laundry Room.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed.
Bedroom 3- Two twin beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Parking in front of home for 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is also available.

The property was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised, seeing photos online. The neighborhood is very nice and even chatted with some neighbors who all seemed nice as well. I did want to make a note that we observed two beer cans on the ground behind the deck area that were not ours. I wanted to get them, but was unable to traverse the side yards to get to them and throw them in the recycle bin, and it was very muddy where the land was flat below that, so I was unable to get to them.

Ok this view is 12/10 morning, noon, and night. On the driveway: I can see how it might worry some people but it wasn't that bad. I had a Yukon (pretty long) and could five point turn it around to get it turned. The trick is to turn left slightly and then pull all the way forward as far as you can. This gives plenty of space. Beautiful cabin and fun selection of movies. We were born in 78 and 80 and the movies were perfect for our era. Our teens were happy too! We definitely plan to come back when we can stay for longer instead of just a stopover night.
