About this house rental
Cozy Cottage is situated in the heart of Black Mountain and is only a short walk to Lake Tomahawk, downtown shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy the cozy living room with fireplace, updated kitchen with full amenities and fenced private outdoor area with fire pit and room for games. While only a short drive to Asheville, this location is also great for Montreat, Ridgecrest, and Christmount.
There are a total of 3 beds available including 1 king and 2 comfortable XL twin beds perfect for additional guest and little ones. Large couch in living room that could be used as an additional sleeping area or a great place to snuggle up to take a nap or read a good book.
Fully stocked kitchen-- Keurig with complimentary coffee pods, pots and pans, utensils, silverware and place settings.
You’ll pass a large grocery store on the way in if you need creamer!

Dining room: table and chairs for 4 guests
Living room: sitting area, television, board games and place to set up laptop, if necessary.
There are a total of 2 televisions, located in the living room and in main bedroom. Both are Smart TVs which can be connected to your streaming accounts such as Amazon, HULU, Netflix, etc.

Laundry Room: The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement. There's the perfect amount of space to wash/ dry your clothes - or if you get muddy from the outdoors, you can come in the back door and drop your clothes directly into the washing machine. There is a steamer located in the bathroom closet.
Serenity spaces:
- Front porch where you can sit on the porch swing and listen to the birds chirp.
- Quaint side patio with outdoor dining set — a great place to eat dinner on warm evenings.
- Adirondack chairs in the backyard to use around the fire pit.

We loved this space and the ability to walk to the downtown area. The house was quaint and lovely for the four of us. The only drawback I have is it was advertised with a fireplace but sadly the fireplace was not in working condition. That would have been nice to know!

Great location. We were able to walk downtown for all of our meals. The house was super comfortable and very comfy beds. I would love to rent again in the future. Big shout out to Black Mountain. It was my first trip to this town but not my last. I enjoyed how friendly everyone was and the “laid back” vibe, throughout the town.

Loved staying at the Cozy Cottage. Very clean and the updated kitchen and bathroom were very nice. All the comforts of home. We especially liked that we were within walking distance of downtown Black Mountain. Will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the house! It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. While there, I sent the owner a message and received an immediate answer. If going to Black Mountain again, I will book here again!
