The Brickhouse is located on a quiet side street in the ❤️ of downtown Black Mountain.
⭐️ 4 bedrooms (2K/1Q/2T - sleeps 8)
⭐️ 2 Baths (linens/soap/paper provided)
⭐️ Kitchen (fully stocked)
⭐️ Outdoor Living (Patio, Fire pit, Hammocks, Grill, Cornhole)
⭐️ Fenced-in yard
⭐️ Laundry
⭐️ 3 Smart TVs
⭐️ High Speed WiFi
-EASY walking to EVERYTHING in downtown Black Mountain.
-Town Square, The Pure & Proper, The Bistro are less than a block away.
-Mac’s Burgers (lunch) is next door.
-Town Hardware, Lookout Brewing, and the quaint shops and eateries of Cherry Street (My Fathers, Veranda Cafe, Sassafras on Sutton, etc..) are a 1-3 block walk.
-We are Dog Friendly and love our 4 legged guests!
-$100 flat pet fee
-We allow up to 2 dogs -Large fenced-in yard
-Service dogs are welcomed to The Brickhouse per North Carolina Disability Rights policy.
*Please note that emotional support dogs DO NOT qualify as service dogs under NC LAW. They are classified as PETS. Only dogs used for physical disablities qualify. Though not required, we ask that you let us know if a service dog will be accompanying you.

Black Mountain’s free Level 2 car charger outlets are approximately 50 meters away.
For your safety and peace of mind, The Brickhouse is protected by an exterior security camera at the front and rear doors. (No cameras interior).
Being downtown, BMT’s public safety building is within one block. Emergency crews infrequently run. (generally during the day), so noise is rarely an issue. Crews rarely use sirens after hours.

This listing is so convenient to everything. It is a lot more spacious than it looks. 8 adults and we were more than comfortable. For pet lovers the host provided an extra large kennel crate, allowing our small dog to have some freedom. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, with Mac’s Burger next door you really could not ask forAny more convince that that. The only negative, and it’s really my fault for not inquiring, is the home is not wheelchair accessible for entry, but is very accommodating once inside. Even with that we would still book it, if we were ever to visit for an extended stay in Black Mountain; which we fell in love with.

Exceptional house! Very walkable to everything in downtown Black Mountain. Pet friendly with a great yard. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, convenient.

Came up for a short stay to explore as we had never been in the area. The house is super cute with all the amenities you could need and then some! It is very clean and quiet. The location is close to everything and the recs are spot on! I can’t say they is a view but what it lacks there it makes up in convenience. Catawba falls is short drive and worth the stairs! Def will be back.

The best location in Black Mountain. House is very nice and was well stocked. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Very thoughtfully laid out home. Great attention to detail. Our favorite home in Black Mountain so far.
