In addition to these features, you'll find two separate seating areas, one of which offers a wicker couch and seat with cushioning, along with an end table and fire table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on a cool, sunny morning and a glass of wine on a chilly, starry night. Through the French doors, you'll find yourself on the main floor with the open living and dining areas (tables seats 6) that were part of the complete ground-up renovation. From the high ceilings reaching heights close to 9 ft to the cozy living area with a stone fireplace and remote control electric heat blower and life-like flame to the state-of-the-art kitchen with Quartz countertops, all new stainless appliances, smooth surface stove, and Shaw's original farmhouse sink, you'll be in awe of the impeccable details throughout this lovely home.
Off the kitchen, you'll discover a cozy room with sliding patio doors that can serve as a makeshift home office or yoga studio. In addition to the living, dining, and kitchen areas, you'll find the master bedroom and bath, as well as a laundry area with a sleek washer & dryer combo on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms along with a full bath that boasts a newly added walk-in shower and marble vanity. All 3 bedrooms have queen-size mattresses, and all 4 televisions are set for streaming only (no cable tv).
