Featuring a King bed in the primary bedroom, along with an on suite bathroom, you'll be among the very first guests to enjoy the newly redesigned spaces. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a full bed in the third, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. All of these are serviced by the beautiful hallway bath. the kitchen has been fully redone with a tile backsplash and new appliances, so you'll be ready to show off your culinary skills or sit back and let everyone else do the hard work for you. With the open floor plan nobody will feel left out of the family fun.

Don't forget to bring your furry family as well, because we love dogs and they love "Sea Ya Soon"! You'll be just steps away from the beach using the G Avenue access, where a lifeguard stand is located to keep everyone safe and having fun. While in the area, be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Don't forget your rods and reels, as the world famous Kure Beach pier is also just a short walk away. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
