In a prime location with fabulous views over the Harbour, Island and the sea beyond and in the centre of St Ives, Harbour View is an idyllic, contemporary 1st floor apartment offering all modern comforts. Finished to a very high standard and with fully opening French doors, it has a beautifully appointed kitchen, timber floors throughout and gas central heating. Harbour View is an easy walk away from all the beaches, harbour and town centre and the Tate Gallery is 5 minutes' walk away through the bustle of town.

Sitting room area. French windows with stunning views of the Harbour and sea. One comfortable settee and two chairs, coffee table, end table with lamp, Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD and radio/speaker unit.
Dining area. Large rectangular wood dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen area. Beautifully appointed, state of the art. Electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Ample oak work surfaces. Offers a wonderful view while pouring a chilled glass of wine!

Bedroom 1. King-size bed, double wardrobe with drawers.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, double wardrobe with drawers.

There are iron railings outside of the French doors. Young children must be supervised when the doors are open.
