About this cottage rental
Kiama is a 2-bedroom cottage that is moments from the heart of St Ives and its beaches, St Ives. It sleeps 4 in a double bedroom (with an en-suite) and a twin bedroom which are both on the ground floor. The ensuite to the double bedroom has a shower, compact wash basin and WC. The family bathroom on the first floor has a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC with a dual toothbrush charger also.
The kitchen is on the first floor and is well-equipped to self-cater for a family of 4. There is a dining table to easily seat a family of 4 with a bench and two stools. The living room (also on the first floor) is cosy and comfortable with an electric wood burner effect fire and a large Smart TV. Sea views are enjoyed by the living room windows across rooftops.
There is a private terraced garden at the rear of the cottage which is a sun trap and offers a chance to enjoy a private drink or meal. The terrace is accessed either via a charming small door off the kitchen or up steps from the back of the cottage.
St Ives Harbour beach is less than a minutes’ walk away and the town centre with all of its restaurants, bars and cafes and the harbour is also so close to walk to on foot within a minute.
The nearest long-stay public car park to Kiama is at Barnoon which is a short walk uphill from the cottage. It is possible to pull up your car to unload and load but please be mindful that St Ives roads are narrow.
There is free WiFi throughout the cottage.
