This stylish loft in the heart of South Lamar is filled with natural light, local Austin artwork, and character from its high ceilings and exposed brick walls. Sleeps four across a California King in the primary bedroom and a queen in the second, both real beds, no sofa pull-outs.
The living room's sectional sofa faces a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime Video, and a dedicated workspace with complimentary high-speed Google Wi-Fi sits nearby for anyone working a few hours between adventures. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances, an espresso machine and a Keurig, a dining table for five, and a kitchen bar for casual mornings.
The bathroom was newly remodeled with a bathtub/shower combo, dual mirrors, and hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo provided.
Outside, a private tree-lined balcony with string lights and solar-powered tiki torches is the spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down, and guests mention it in review after review.
Location: 10 minutes on foot to Little Zilker Park and Barton Creek Greenbelt, 1.5 miles to Zilker Park and the ACL Festival grounds, 1.5 miles to South Congress Avenue and Franklin Barbecue, and 1.5 miles to downtown Austin.

We were in town for a long weekend and found this little gem. It looks just like the pictures. It’s comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Previous reviews mentioned the parking - it is a bit tricky. I wasn’t sent the parking spot number before check in but when we called they issued it to us right away. Only improvement would be to provide clearer directions on parking. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Austin.
