Street parking was easily accessible. The property was well maintained. You will be climbing lots of stairs from the street and to the 3rd floor. Lovely host.

I actually ended up staying in the basement unit for this listing, which was significantly better, it had its own exit so I did not have to enter/exit through owner's front door. It was an extra 10/day, and I highly recommend it. Very large and clean unit, nice hot shower (just a bit dark in the toilet and shower area, only issue), nice neighborhood, 1 mile to Columbia Heights metro, next to Rock Creek Park for hiking

Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor.
Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself.
Distance from Metro another disadvantage
