Optimal location for a professional work/live experience, or a Capital city staycation in the Heart of Columbia Heights, NW DC: green, quiet and safe street, yet steps from shopping, bookstores, restaurants, cafés, Tivoli theatre, WSC gym, Dance Institute, nightlife; close to exciting city life in Adams-Morgan, U-street corridor, DuPont Circle, etc; close to business downtown. This private apartment has everything you need for a month(s) stay: fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a small living area. Tired cooking? No problem - a wide choice of cafés and restaurants are just next door. One of the most favorites is Coupe - a 24-hr menu right across the street.
For those out of town, or not familiar with Columbia Heights - a highly sought-after area for professionals: just over the last few years, this area has undergone over billion dollars of enormous growth and renovations, including a 650,000 SF Shopping Mall called DC/USA, e.g., Target, Bed, Bath &Beyond, Best Buy, Trader Joe’s, Bookstores, Restaurants, huge Grocery stores, WSC, even Dance Institute of Washington DC, excellent transportation options: Metro (two stations), buses – you will have it ALL!!!

I had a great stay in this apartment. The landlord is super easy to work with and very kind. The place is as it seems in the photos, it is a basic basement 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing fancy but a way more reasonable price than other stays in the city. Wifi was good, a TV would be a great addition to the place. I would say you could comfortably fit 2-3 people in here with the 2 beds and couch.
