Comfortable apartment with a nice outdoor space. Clean and easy to check in. The hosts were great. Nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

I would love China dishes in the kitchen.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, hat uns auch ein sehr frühes Einchecken ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Bad vielleicht etwas zu klein. Es lagen schon kleine Snacks und Getränke bereit, das ist wirklich eine nette Geste. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber auch weit vom Schuss. Allerdings ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor Ort und man fährt für 2.75 Dollar bis ins Zentrum. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen und vielen Dank

The place is really nice, it is a basement unit in a big house with a big backyard. The unit was very comfortable and inviting. I arrived very late at night and the owners already sent me the access codes, I had no issues getting in and I found a big plate of fruit and water waiting for me, it was a very thoughtful gesture. For me, as someone familiar with DC, the location was very convenient, it is 25 min by bus to downtown DC, if you are a fan of walking like myself, it would take you an hour to get to downtown where all the attractions are. What I loved the most about the place is that it is literally across the street from Rock Creek Park, where you can pack some food and snacks and walk the different trails at the park, it is also close to Columbia Heights. There are two nearby bus stops D50 or D60/6X that take you to downtown DC near the national mall where the white house is. The area has very nice restaurants by 14th and 16th ST. It was very enjoyable for me.

Nothing really, except when the people living upstairs are walking you can hear their footsteps, it was okay for me, it didn’t bother me that much.
