I actually liked the location. We were really close to Howard University and not too far from food.
The fan in the main living space has clumps of dust, there is not stove or oven, the second bathroom tub needs to be refinished, the bedding didn’t look as clean as the towels.

The beds were very comfortable
The corner room needs black out blinds and it is the noisiest room next to the busy road. My son didn’t mind it though.

Easy to get into with the keypads.
Unit had a strong fishy odor upon arriving that never really went away. The toilet basin struggled to fill up with enough water so sometimes it wouldn’t flush unless you filled it yourself with a bowl. Felt like overall it could use a good deep clean. Light switches, the edges of the doors, the bottom of my white socks were dark grey from dust and who knows what.
