The area is very quite.
You have to manage the check in, and the way to open the doors sometimes was difficult. But for the price, it is ok. I didn't like the air conditioning, but I sent a message to staff and they were attentive.

The homey atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen looked very clean.
There is a strong moldy or musty smell in building.
Felt a bit dangerous climbing the stairs from the front door where the shoes are stored to the first floor with the rooms and kitchen. A hand rail should be added.
The bidet didn't stay in it's holder and therefore not sure it was clean since it ended up resting on toilet tank and floor.
When I was searching for accommodations, I might have mixed up the website descriptions because I was expecting an outdoor yard or garden.

Good location owner helped get a parking pass
Booking listed parking for a perk. Owner had to adjust for us. This could been a bit cleaner but pretty clean. Trash was full in the kitchen pretty much whole time there. I requested 2 rooms a double and queen. We got 2 rooms with each a queen bed. So one of the 4 had to sleep on the flood. Wish there was more towels also for 4 days we had to wash across the street. All an all not bad.
