The area is very quite.
You have to manage the check in, and the way to open the doors sometimes was difficult. But for the price, it is ok. I didn't like the air conditioning, but I sent a message to staff and they were attentive.

The homey atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen looked very clean.
There is a strong moldy or musty smell in building.
Felt a bit dangerous climbing the stairs from the front door where the shoes are stored to the first floor with the rooms and kitchen. A hand rail should be added.
The bidet didn't stay in it's holder and therefore not sure it was clean since it ended up resting on toilet tank and floor.
When I was searching for accommodations, I might have mixed up the website descriptions because I was expecting an outdoor yard or garden.

Convenient location. Good transport links.
Multiple locked entry doors made the place feel safe. Host was quick to respond.
Room 7. Broken blinds and unstable wardrobe. Loud music from neighbouring property made it difficult to sleep.
