The farmhouse apartment 'Minerva' in Massa Marittima is the perfect accommodation for a
stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 38 m² property consists of a living room
with a sofa bed, 1 1 double bedroom with kitchenette and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4
people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for
video calls), a TV and air conditioning/hot air. The highlight of this accommodation is
the private outdoor area with a covered terrace. A shared outdoor area is also available,
consisting of a fenced swimming pool (open all day from May to the end
of October), a garden, a barbecue and a wood-fired oven and an outdoor shower. A
laundry service is available at an additional cost. The agriturismo, which has a restaurant,
is surrounded by large spaces in nature where you can walk and have a picnic. For this
activity the agriturismo provides everything you need at an additional cost. 1
parking space is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is allowed

weddings. The host organizes guided tours, cycling and horseback riding,

Even more beautiful than expected after we had seen the photos on the site.
Very clean and nice rooms, wonderful swimming pool among cypresses and pines, excellent breakfast in the garden,… a perfect stay.
Francesco and Helena were very welcoming (homemade pizza at our arrival), and gave us good advice about the places to visit.
