Two-room apartment of 65 square meters consisting of kitchen, living room, bedroom and large bathroom with shower, ideal for couples who want to sleep in absolute tranquility, given the room overlooking the inside of the building, or for families. The apartment is equipped with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen and the latter is fully equipped. Furthermore and for exclusive use it is equipped with 40 ″ smart TV, hairdryer, fan, air conditioning in the room and independent heating; if necessary, the sofa can become a comfortable double bed.
