Nous avons eu une très agréable surprise en arrivant, sur l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est au coeur de la ville historique et à 2 pas des restaurants, commerces, bars, animations. Nous avons apprécié les équipements notamment la climatisation très utile, le lit est confortable, la cuisine met à disposition tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner. Si on a envie d'une journée plage, 25 minutes de routes pour les plages de Follonica. Florence à 2h, Sienne à 1h30, idem pour San Gimignano. Rien d'infaisable. L'appartement est calme (fenêtres fermées). Un parking gratuit est situé tout en bas, face au poste de police.
L'appartement n'est pas accessible aux personnes ne pouvant pas gravir 2 séries d'escaliers très raides, surtout si en plus, vous avez laissé votre voiture au parking gratuit, car la pente pour remonter est très raide également. Une condition physique minimum est requise. Mais à part ce point de vigilance, tout était parfait.

Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni! Mieszkanie ładnie i praktycznie urządzone. Wyposażone we wszystko by komfortowo mieszkać. Kuchnia i salon od strony ulicy, gwarnej, żywej. Sypialnie po drugiej stronie, po zachodniej stronie - panowała tam cisza i spokój. Idealne warunki by się wyspać. Właściciele pomyśleli o zabezpieczeniu gniazdek elektrycznych przed dziećmi, dostępne było dodatkowe łóżeczko dla malucha. Przyjazne miejsce dla czworonogów, na wyposażeniu nawet miski na wodę i jedzenie. Mieszkanie na starówce, na piętrze - trzeba się liczyć z wchodzeniem po schodach. Na schodach poręcze po obu stronach, więc wygodnie i bezpiecznie. Brak parkingu pod budynkiem, trzeba auto trzymać na oddalonych o parę min parkingach.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Abzüge gibt es für den sehr engen Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung,… mit kleinen Kindern oder einem Kinderwagen ein gewagtes Unterfangen.
Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind allesamt gebührenpflichtig

Appartamento ristrutturato in modo eccellente e molto accogliente, nel centro storico di Massa Marittima.
Massimo ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per il nostro arrivo, ci siamo incontrati davanti alla porta d'ingresso, in un'atmosfera di squisita cordialità. Siamo stati veramente molto soddisfatti per la cura nell'arredamento e la grande pulizia. Non mancava proprio nulla, sembrava di essere a casa propria. Non posso tralasciare un elogio per il televisore, smart, con Timvision box e Fire TV Amazon.
Un appartamento da tornarci.
