The flat is located on the first floor of a 13th century building of great historical/artistic importance, in the centre of Massa Marittima.Ideal for those who enjoy the comforts of a city centre, such as numerous restaurants, bars, markets, shopping. Palazzo Malfatti is located in the historic centre of Massa Marittima and has no private parking. Cars must therefore be left in the nearby car parks in the centre. Our guests are given the possibility of arriving at the Palazzo's door to load and unload their luggage. The flat has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a 40-inch flat screen smart TV, a dining area with table and 4 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, a double bedroom with a 180 cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables and luggage rack, and a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer. The entire flat is equipped with linen, independent heating, a small air conditioner in the room, and a hairdryer. This flat, which overlooks our private inner cloister, is suitable for two people and/or a family even with children who love silence. The nearest beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Follonica are 20KM from the Palazzo and the splendid lake is only 8KM away. The towns of Suvereto, Populonia, the Gulf of Baratti and San Galgano are also interesting. For less hot periods, there are also several thermal spas nearby. The building is located in a restricted traffic zone, but the location is particularly convenient due to the proximity of many services. A travel cot for infants is available for each flat at a very modest price.
