Flat screen TV with sound bar in main living, master bedroom and lanai as well as. Additionally enjoy the large neighborhood heated pool and spa a few steps from your front door.
Fifteen minutes to Marco Island, Naples beach and Tiger Island beach… beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler are provided for beach outings. Fine dining, shopping, farmers markets are also with in a few minutes drive. Tennis and pickle ball enthusiasts will find challenging matches at nearby East Naples Community Park Pickle Ball Center with 64 open play Pickleball Courts that are lighted public courts. Golfers have a vast choice of public courses nearby. Bikers have the opportunity to use the home's bicycles to stroll through the lush green neighborhoods.

We had an amazing stay at the Sand Dollar House in Naples, Fl. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hightlight was definely the pool it was private, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was ideal, close to great resturants, shops and just a short drive to Marco island. The host was friendly and responisve. we loved our time here and are already planning on coming back

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool, clean well-stocked house, comfy beds, with a great layout in a nice neighborhood. Communication was good a we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Sand Dollar house. The house is clean, beautiful, and had everything one would need to feel at home. Beds were comfortable too! We would definitely stay here again!

House was extremely clean and worked well for a family or two couples with children. There were a couple items missing from description but quickly remedied. Updated furniture and paint inside.
