Falcons Glen is a well-established, beautifully manicured, deed-restricted residential community of 87 single-family homes founded in 1994. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this one stands out in every possible way. Most importantly, it was spotless—truly the cleanest home I’ve ever rented. Every room felt fresh, welcoming, and incredibly well maintained. The welcome basket was one of the best I’ve ever received!From start to finish, Kevin was a pleasure to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful. He provided great suggestions for golf, restaurants, and bike rentals. You can tell he takes real pride in both the home and the guest experience.The house itself is beautiful, bright, and spacious. It’s thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and soft linens. The outdoor space was just as enjoyable—morning coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise over the golf course became a favorite routine.The neighborhood is peaceful and very well-kept, with a community pool and spa just a short walk away. Having complimentary access to the Lely Resort Players Club was a huge bonus. The resort-style pools, fitness center, and dining options made it feel like a true vacation.The location is also perfect—close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away in a quiet, beautifully landscaped area. I can’t recommend this home enough and would absolutely stay here again!

All the "extras" were a nice touch to this rental! From q tips if you forgot to beach chairs and pool toys! Kevin is very responsive. Great place to stay, and a wonderful location in Naples.

When I saw all the 10/10 reviews I was skeptical but the home and amenities are definitely 10/10! Before arriving Kevin reached out and sent a bunch of info and welcome links to prepare for the visit. Kevin is a great host, communication was always quick and answered any questions we had, even reached out to make sure we got settled in and found everything we needed.The house is very beautiful and very well maintained. Super clean and even had some essentials for time in the sun and shower needs. Not to mention the wonderful gift basket! The house backs up to a beautiful golf course, we would have our morning coffee and watch the golfers play through on the patio.The amenities were perfect for kids, we could walk 4 houses down to a small quiet pool and casually swim with the kids or go to the Players Club, which was amazing. 2 huge pools with waterfalls, one was mostly kids and the other was mostly adults. We never struggled to find chairs and the kids made a ton of friends.Location was perfectly located between Marco and Naples so we could visit both and plan trips to both!This was a 10/10 trip! Hopefully we can book again next year, the kids are already begging to go back!

Kevin was such an amazing host. The property was immaculate and every guest need was anticipated, from the arrival gift baskets to the extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Kevin’s communications were first rate and he was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this property and host and I hope to be a return client.
