About this house rental
Welcome to your beautiful 3-bedroom retreat, complete with outdoor dining for six and stunning poolside sunsets.
Step inside to a bright, professionally designed coastal living space featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and serene views of your private pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and two coffee makers (including a Keurig). Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar or gather in the dining area overlooking the pool.
Dine al fresco on the screened lanai or grill poolside for the perfect evening in. Take a dip in the heated pool, then unwind with a book on the lounge chairs—all within a fully screened enclosure for year-round enjoyment.
At the end of the day, retreat to one of three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, smart TV, pool views, and private sliding door access to the lanai. The newly renovated en suite bathroom (not pictured) includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, private water closet, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in storage. Two additional bedrooms offer plush queen beds and smart TVs for added comfort and convenience.
Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, plus a two-car garage stocked with bicycles, beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool floats for your use.
Guests also have access to a nearby community pool and hot tub, just a short block away.
Located in Lely Resort, you’ll enjoy access to two premier public golf courses (booked separately) along with a wide range of nearby amenities. Downtown Naples—with its renowned dining, shopping, and entertainment—is just 15 minutes away. Beautiful Gulf beaches are a short drive, while East Naples Community Park (home to 65 pickleball courts) is only 7 minutes away. Marco Island’s pristine beaches and breathtaking sunsets are just 16 minutes from the home.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it no issues at all with the house and the neighborhood was beautiful the host was great too deal with i would definitely recommend this place to anyone

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both the host and the local contact were easy to contact and very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again

Everything was perfect!The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Everything was scrupulously cared for, neat, and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and pool deck, a bright, well-equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds, and easy access to television and streaming services. We also enjoyed the location, with close proximity to grocery shopping, a gym, good restaurants . and other points of interest here inNaples.Andrew, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He communicated with us frequently before we arrived and gave us an on-the-ground contact, Shelle, who was incredibly painstaking helping to meet our needs. After we arrived, both the owner and his associate checked in with us periodically to be sure we had everything we needed. When we did need something (this was very rare because all of our needs were anticipated) Shelle responded immediately. (One night we ran out of propane, and Shelle offered to drive over immediately if we needed her to!)Overall, this was a great experience. We will certainly hope to rebook the property next winter.

Yes, accommodations were fantastic. Amenities in the kitchen were great. Few upgrades would be helpful. Not really enough in the kitchen for cooking.Location is fantastic. House is very clean. Owner is always responsive if anything is needed as well as Shelley fantastic combinations.
