About this house rental
Fully furnished 3br/2ba Lely Villa on the second fairway of the Flamingo Golf Course. Beautiful lanai with flat screen TV and counter height fire table which seats 6. Home sleeps up to six people; master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with 2 sink vanity, tub and shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom with shower/tub. NEWLY RENOVATED spacious kitchen is well equipped for your cooking pleasure and has counter seating as well as a separate dining table and chairs. The great room has a large flat screen TV with YouTube TV (600 Mbps wi-fi access). Numerous recreational opportunities are available. Ride bikes on the miles of double wide walkways throughout Lely (bikes included), golf on either of the public golf courses (Flamingo and Mustang), swim at the Falcons Glen Community pool, a short walk away OR swim laps at the new facility in Eagle Lakes Community Park just 1.5 miles away OR visit the beaches on Marco Island or in Naples both just 20 minutes away. Many options for dining and night life…….5th Avenue in Downtown Naples is just 15 minutes away!

This is a lovely we’ll-stocked home in a beautiful golf course neighborhood. It’s convenient to both Naples and Marco Island beaches and many wonderful restaurants.Owners are always very responsive. We’ll definitely go back!

We have been traveling every year to Florida from Europe over the past 30 years, of which the last 7 years we focused on Naples. This Christmas vacation we were 2 adults/parents with 3 adult children.This house is an amazingly well-maintained house in the Lely area. Contact with the owner was perfect and all responses were quick. Clean and nice Reasonable pricing (year 2024) Good house floor planning Good safe area, close to stores and a few restaurants- No pool at the house; advantage is that the rent price is lower and there is anyway a community pool a 5-minute walk awayA few minor improvements noted:- Only 4 chairs at the dining table and outdoor seating- BBQ not workingDepending on your plans, please note that the Lely area is quite far away from downtown Naples and northern Naples

Enjoyed the sunshine and comforts of
Home while celebrating the holiday. Great neighborhood. Nice location convenient to grocery stores. Restaurants and anything ya need. Would definitely recommend this property.
