We have decided to open the doors of our beloved family home to new visitors wishing to rest in the nature, and discover the treasures of Ardèche and neighboring Drôme!
Welcome to Clos de l'Olivier, our family home located in the village of St Georges les Bains! It is a neat, spacious and welcoming property that extends over a wooded plot of 5000m², with a view of the Rhone valley. You will spend a very successful holiday there, with family or friends!
The location of the house offers quick access to a wide variety of excursions, and to all amenities located 3 km away. Valence is only 20 minutes away by car, Lyon 1 hour, and the Drome provençale in a range of 1 hour.
This fully equipped house has a spacious and recent kitchen, a friendly dining area and a large terrace facing south-east. Ideal for outdoor dining, it has a barbecue and garden furniture.
The living room, both spacious and comfortable, includes a dining area, two warm relaxation areas and a grand piano.
The bedrooms, recently renovated, offer space and comfort.
In addition, the house has a covered bicycle shelter (not closed) that can accommodate 3 or 4 bicycles.
