A lovely well-situated place, with an excellent price:quality ratio.

I had a lovely week in this residence. The quality:price ratio is excellent. The apartment is well situated, in the centre of the old town, but it's still quiet. It has everything you need & I appreciated the little touches like the washing up liquid & a liquid capsule to do a wash in the washing machine, if needed. The host is also very quick to reply & to offer help.

Nothing of note - it was a great stay.

Once we were in the hotel, we had an amazing holiday.

We should have been given our room number, the code for the outside door and the code for the key box before we arrived. It was very stressful that on arrival, after a long journey. we were unable immediately to get into the property - We were trying for some time to contact someone for the information.

Great location, airy apartment, fresh and clean. Fantastic, powerful shower. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Even though it was near the centre, it was quiet through the nights, even when we slept with the windows open. Excellent sound reducing windows (when closed), no sound from adjoining neighbours. Will stay again if in the area.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel appartement bien rénové.

Situation centrale sur une grande place avec peu de circulation. Hôtesse très disponible et agréable au téléphone comme par messagerie, réponses très rapides.

Pour des séjours de quelques jours il manque peut être quelques produits de 1ere nécessité (nettoyage, sacs poubelle) et de cuisine.

Il manquait quelques petits équipements pour être parfait (sèche cheveux notamment) mais l’hôte a pris note de mes indications

Emplacement parfait en centre ville, calme, parkings nombreux. 10 minutes à pied du village des marques. Quartier commerçant très agréable Entrée sécurisée Confortable

dans le T3, les équipements sont trop justes pour une présence de 6 personnes potentiellement : trop peu de papier toilette, pas de sac poubelle supplémentaire Pas de container poubelle sur la place

Proche du centre historique. Facilité de trouver du stationnement sur place. Cuisine bien équipée.

Il n’y a pas de sofa. Pour s’asseoir, c’était ou bien sur deux bancs sans dossier ou bien sur le lit, le dos appuyé au mur. La porte n’est pas isolé du bruit qui se fait dans le hall; une consigne de respect du silence serait indiquée d’autant plus que le lit jouxte à la porte.

Feia moltisssima calor i no es podien obrir finestres perquè no tenia persianes ni porticons. Equipat justament a la cuina, faltaven llençols pel sofà llit i no hi havia sabó al bany.

mooi ruim appartement

De vriendelijkheid en service vd host. We hadden een probleem met internet en ze heeft er alles aan gedaan om het op te lossen! Hier is ze twee keer voor gekomen en gecheckt of het nog werkte. TOP! De locatie is heel centraal, alles te lopen, je geniet vd rumoerigheid vd stad wat op tijd stil is 22.30 of 23.00.

Wij waren er in de zomer, de straat werd door de karretjes vd gemeente elke dag schoongemaakt, wat best lawaaierig was 's-ochtends vroeg.

Excellente adresse pour séjour court ou long sur Romans

Agréable studio au centre de Romans, bien équipé avec cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité prix, excellente communication avec l'hôte. Place parking payante (gratuit la nuit) devant l'immeuble sauf vendredi (marché), attention pigeons... choisir habilement sa place ;-)

Séjour pendant cannicule clim serait un plus mais ventilateur fait l'affaire pour la nuit.

Zentral und relativ ruhig. Ausser Freitags (Markt) gute Parkplatzsituation. Im Im Innern sauber.

Appartement très bien placé.

L'appartement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Des places de parking dans la rue en dessous.

Les draps était pas adaptés au lit (le drap housse s'enlève du matelas pendant la nuit) et il y avait des taches sur les draps. Les toilettes étaient un peu sales et il faisait très froid à mon arrivée ( fenêtre salle de bain ouverte).

Logements sympas MAIS...

La propreté Le confort L'emplacement

Nous avions réservé 3 logements : 1 studio et 2 appartements de 2 chambres chacun. Quelle surprise à notre arrivée : nous avions 1 appartement 1 chambre, 1 studio et 1 appartement 2 chambres !! Le propriétaire a décidé seul de changer d'appartement SANS NOUS PREVENIR car selon ses dires "il n'y avait que 4 personnes dans un logement de 2 chambres" !!!!! INACCEPTABLE, Nous n'avons pas eu le choix de nous arranger car il était 21h00. Après plusieurs appels/SMS nous avons eu un remboursement de.... 30€ pour la différence de logement pour 2 nuits. De plus propriétaire pas du tout arrangeant et surtout qui ne répond pas aux messages et se met sur messagerie ensuite avant la possession des lieux.
