One word: Fantastic!

This property is stunning, it oozes absolutely everything that I love about life in France. The proprietor Sylviane is incredibly warm and welcoming (and patient too with me speaking in broken French :)) The property has undergone a lovely renovation to become the characteristic gem that it is today. Everything that you need is catered for. It is set in a quiet location yet incredibly close to the A7, with Valence, Romans and other towns in very close proximity. Les Gîtes de Genas gets a massive thumbs up from me!

Parfait je reviendrai avec plaisir

Nous étions au gîte de la tour : lieu charmant conforme aux photos, 2 salles de bain ce qui est très pratique La ferme est très bien rénovée et entretenue, le lieu est magnifique Le calme de l’emplacement est appréciable L’espace est confortable

Il manque des lampes de chevet et la tablette au dessus du lit n’est pas idéale

La grande chambre au 2ème étage, parfait pour 4 enfants; ils en ont fait leur paradis. Cuisine propre, bien équipée. Grande superficie de toutes les pièces. L'extérieur est liberté, gîte en pleine campagne, très calme.

La maison est magnifique, le gîte très confortable et propre, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et l'emplacement idéal, bref nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

La beauté du bâtiment, la proximité avec le palais des congrès mais en pleine campagne, l'accueil de Sylvie, le super équipement, le calme, le confort.... 3 WC et 2 salles de bain...

Il faut juste pouvoir monter des escaliers (gîte platane) assez raides

Fijne ervaring in een super appartement!

Wat een enorme gastvrijheid hebben we hier ervaren, alle lof voor de eigenaren! Ons huis was erg ruim voor de 8 personen waar wij mee waren. 2 badkamers waarvan 1 met wc's en 2 losse toiletten. Prima bedden. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, het was verzorgd en zag er gezellig uit. Wij hebben enorm genoten van deze plek en de omgeving. En super bedankt voor de Paella avond, voor ons allen een super leuke ervaring.

Sehr schönes Anwesen. Super nette aufmerksame Gastgeber. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden . Ein Haushuhn hat uns jeden Tag besucht. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Sfeervol en het gevoel van het platteland tussen de korenvelden, toch heel dichtbij Valence

De sfeer in de gehele accomodatie. Alles is tot in de puntjes gerenoveerd. Prima bedden en in een rustige omgeving wakker worden. Wij hadden fietsen hij ons en binnen 15-20 minuten sta je midden in Valence. De eigenaren Oaul en Sylvie waren zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. We kregen verse eitjes bv. Ze hielpen bij vragen die we hadden om de omgeving te verkennen

Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. We wisten dat er geen zwembad was, dit was wel jammer tijdens de zeer warme dagen.

Très bel emplacement, à proximité de Valence, avec vues sur les monts d'Ardèche et les préalpes.

Gîte confortable dans un manoir chargé d'histoire, très bien restauré avec passion par la même famille depuis plus de 15 ans, qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement en nous contant l'histoire du lieu.
