Comfortable and clean.

The location was a little tricky as we arrived in the dark. All fine once we had worked it out and the management gave great instructions.

Beautiful and fully equipped apartment in central Valence. The space, decor and ambience are wonderful, and the garden area exquisite. Owner gave incredibly helpful instructions for entry.

An island of peace, with a Zen garden, in the centre of Valence. An incredibly nice experience.

First of all Valence is a very nice city. We stopped on the way south and enjoyed the city very much. The villa is only 5 minutes from the main city square, so in the heart of Valence. Across the entrance is. large parking, free from 19:00 - 09:00. The villa is completely closed in by a high wall and there was absolute silence in the Zen garden. Luckily, the appartment has a good airco, a good night of sleep guaranteed. 1 double bed and one double sofa bed. Kitchen, bathroom and garden. Incredible value for money. And… we were allowed to take our small dog. Total: easily surpassing 10 points.

No villa!

Clean and cost

The pics are misleading. The outdoor area is not accessible from the apartment and therefore not that useful. The apartment is quite small and the only windows are on a busy street so you may feel a little claustrophobic

A fantastic four day break at a gorgeous property

Villa Renee is a lovely property and an oasis near the centre of Valence. Beautifully furnished, with everything we needed and the bonus of a lovely terrace area to relax in. Cedric was responsive and helpful. A perfect place for us.

Comfortable base near the city centre

Quirky design and decor, all very much to our taste. Small, but everything is there. Entrance to the apartment is from inside a walled garden, which makes the whole place very tranquil even though its close to the city centre. Public car park is right outside which is very convenient. Genial host lives close by and is very helpful.

Excellent stay.

What a find. Villa Renée is a little oasis in the centre of Valence. The property was fantastically decorated and quiet. Cédric was extremely helpful. We will stay here again when we’re in the area.

Ok for one night, but please beware you may not end up in the apartment advertised.

The apartment was spotless and clean, and contained everything I needed for one night.

The apartment I stayed in was not the apartment in the pictures. The apartment fronts a busy main road and was very hot, it took me a while to get the air conditioning working only after contacting the host and exploring the circuit breaker box. In the morning some of sockets did not work in the kitchen. I could not open the windows because of the main road and the threat of someone potentially entering the property. I felt let down and mislead by the advert to end up in an apartment that was not the one advertised. Hence my score.

We booked the garden apartment. It's a little oasis just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. On a hot day the garden is already cooler, with airco in the apartment even better. We only booked for a night because the apartment is spacious and well equipped for longer stays.

Location was excellent. Property was excellent. Parking just yards away. We did have a problem finding the property though, we were outside but didn’t realise. A small plaque with the name on would be helpful.

The apartment is perfectly furnished and has amazing climatevery well located in charming building.

It could be a bit cleaner although it was not dirty but also not perfectly cleaned.
