Désagréable et décevant.

Accès parking gratuit très pratique. Facilité d’échange avec la conciergerie. Décoration du logement.

Aucune isolation sonore donc on entend les voisins durant leurs ébats et disputes, les ouvertures et fermetures de porte de palier, les bruits de pas dans la cage d’escalier et dans l’appartement mitoyen. Odeur d’humidité et des poubelles dans l’entrée de l’immeuble. Et on ressent une problématique d’humidité dans l’appartement aussi.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w centrum, mieszkanie odnowione, łazienka i kuchnia czyste.

Mieszkanie jest w starym budynku, klatka stara i nieodnowiona, posiada specyficzny zapach. Dość cienkie ściany, słychać sąsiadów, mieszkanie bez widoku. Trzeba po sobie wynieść śmieci i pozmywać. Parking blisko, ale nie w budynku, trzeba przejść kilka minut.

Interieur sfeervol, niet ver van centrum. Goede prijs.

Lekkage in plafond van toilet, airco in slechts 1 kamer en koelde onvoldoende, kookplaat werkte niet, deur sluit slecht, inchecken is wel apart met sleutelkluisje, geen ontvangst of receptie, vloeren lopen erg af, erg oud en trapleuning kapot en onveilig.

Heerlijk verblijf in een mooi appartement dicht bij het centrum en een leuk plein waar je heerlijk k

Ruime mooie grote woonkamer met aparte keuken en aparte slaapkamer en douche, dicht bij het centrum gelegen.

Beetje ongemakkelijk was dat het overmaken van de waarborg digitaal niet lukte. Gelukkig is de eigenaar gekomen en is het opgelost.

Heel prima, vlakbij de leuke winkelstraat.

Lastig met de auto voor het appartement aankomen in een erg smalle straat. Uitpakken van de auto is bijna niet te doen, er staan auto’s achter je te wachten. Erg oude trap naar boven, die een opknapbeurt je kan gebruiken, maar als je eenmaal in het appartement bent, ziet alles er perfect uit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll ausgestattet, der Vermieter freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage nahe der Altstadt hervorragend.

De televisie met Netflix. De airconditioning De douche handdoeken en lakens waren proper en voldoende aanwezig rolluiken aan het slaapkamerraam.

Er lag veel stof Achter de slaapkamer was het niet gestofzuigd Veel kalk in de badkamer. Er zat een waas op de spiegel Bed was aan de smalle kant

appartement Zen , proximité toutes commodités

appartement joliment décoré , zen, très propre, bien situé , à proximité des parcs au bord du Rhone et de la ville, tout se fait facilement à pied . rue calme. Monoprix pour courses à 2 pas . Nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser le parking gratuit mis à disposition ( proche de l'appartement) car nous avons trouvé une place de stationnement gratuite dans une petite rue toute proche.

nous n'avions pas le thé comme prévu pour le 1er jour , juste le café . Un sac poubelle aurait été appréciable pour nos déchets , avons géré. suggestions : Un pelle et une balayette serait un plus pour nettoyer au minima le sol pour les miettes une tablette au dessus du lavabo serait également un plus , il y a la place. ce ne sont que des détails qui n'ont pas géné notre séjour .
