Beautiful, spatious and accomodating

Ludo, the owner, was super friendly and accomodating. We could check in later than listed and leave as early as we wanted to. The place is spatious and well-equipped. The location is great, you could also get nearby parking at public parking place and it's a quiet neighbourhood. The atmosphere at the house is very pleasant. The whole place is very clean and tastefully decorated.

We missed the AC because we were staying mid-heatwave. The room didn't cool down even throughout the night with open windows. There were fans but they couldn't keep the heat away, unfortunately. Otherwise we were super happy with our stay!

Appartement idéalement situé dans le cœur de Valence ! Parfait pour un week-end à 2 !! Ludo a été très réactif et accueillant. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, fonctionnel, le lit confortable. Aucun regret !

Beau séjour à Valence.

Très bel appartement, très récent et particulièrement bien équipé. Spacieux et très bien agencé. Idéalement placé en centre ville pour profiter de la vie, des commerces, bars et restaurants. Bien mieux en termes de prestations de confort qu'une chambre d'hôtel. L'électroménager est complet et permet d'envisager un séjour long sans souci. La disponibilité de ludo est totale de même que ses conseils de sortie judicieux. Pour finir le petit livrets numérique avec les instructions est juste parfait. Idées de ludo que je valide: petit déjeuner chez frenchy délice. (50 m de l'appart). Cocktail dînatoire au "Louvre" sur les boulevards, pour une soirée "club" cocktail et plats à partager faits maison.

Excellent séjour dans un logement atypique avec des hôtes gentils et arrangeants en termes d’horaires. La hauteur sous plafond et la luminosité rendent l’espace particulièrement agréable. L’emplacement central est idéal.

La grandeur de la halle d'entrée, le Lit ferme et confortable, grand canapé, grand salon, le plafond hauteur de 4m , trop bien . La souplesse de Mr.Ludo sur l'horaire

L’appartamento è molto bello, nuovo, efficiente, centrale ma silenzioso, con tutti gli accessori di cui si possa avere bisogno (e anche di più). Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e flessibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e se passeremo per Valence di nuovo, certamente prenoteremo di nuovo qui.
