The Favor barn
Come and enjoy the natural setting of this historic accommodation to recharge your batteries, enjoy with family, friends or for work.
This old eighteenth century barn has been warmly renovated.
Close to road access, 10 minutes from the A7 and A49, 10 minutes from the Valence TGV station.
Between the Vercors and the Ardèche, you will have a range of activities available to you: water activities, hiking, ski resort and various outings that this beautiful region offers.
We are pleased to offer you our freshly renovated cottage of 165m2 with garden without vis-à-vis.
Indeed it was previously an old barn dating from the eighteenth century.
It consists of a beautiful bright living room, 2 bedrooms and a dormitory part with 6 beds.
On the first floor
- the entrance is in the living room, a bright and spacious room of about 50 m2, with two sofas, a 140 cm Qled flat screen TV connected to the internet where you can connect to your Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ accounts etc. An American billiards table completes this room to brighten up your evenings 🎱
- From the living room you can access the kitchen of about 20m2, with a large farmhouse table that can accommodate about ten people around good meals.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hood, kettle, microwave, American fridge.
↪️ From the kitchen area you have access to a beautiful bathroom of about 10 m2 all in natural stone from Egypt, a large shower with a 160 cm tray, an electric towel dryer and a toilet.
(Toilet sanibroyeur: do not throw anything in it except toilet paper)
↪️ Also, you have access to a dormitory of about 35m2 that can accommodate 6 people. In this open space you have 6 single beds. (Two of the beds can be assembled to make a double bed if needed for a couple). Storage chest and storage frames.
➡️ Extra bed possible with supplement.
From the living room you can access another floor where there are two beautiful bedrooms:
↪️ A first one of about 18m2 with a 180 cm King size bed.
↪️ A second one with a 160 cm bed.
There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Currently we do not have a separate toilet, they are in the shower area.
The cottage can accommodate 10 people, you have the possibility to be up to 12 people.

➡️ Small garden with outdoor equipment for dining: barbecue table and shaded terrace.
➡️ Two parking spaces possible in front of the accommodation.
🌳 Our cottage is located on the edge of a natural area, we have the view of a beautiful field and a beautiful green area, the Isère passing below. Don't be surprised to see deer, wild boar and various animals 🦆🦔🦌 pass on our way
We are adjacent to the large park of the Bois des Naix, very well known here where you can take a nice walk.
⚠️ On the other hand we are also close to a departmental road, the advantage of being close to all the accesses and neighboring towns but the noise of cars can be annoying for some.
