About this house rental
This cottage can accommodate 9 people, as it is composed of two independent houses: one that can accommodate 7 people, the second two people; it is located in Perret, in the heart of the village, near the church. Around it, superb forests and landscapes magnified by the mountains of Arrhée. Fishing, swimming and water activities possible at Lake Guerlédan located 10 minutes away by car: this Breton lake, hidden between hills and forests, is a real paradise for nature lovers.
Towels and sheets provided free of charge: beds are ready when guests arrive. Heating by heat pump. No cleaning fees unless the house is not left clean.
To do your shopping not too far: 7.8 km from the village, in GOUAREC (22) you will find a bakery (I recommend the owner's bread, to be picked up before 11 a.m. as it is so popular), a grocery store with butcher, a pharmacy, a bar-tobacconist, FDJ, a bank, and 11.1 km in CLEGUEREC, you will find a CARREFOUR-CONTACT open from
8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, a florist, a veterinarian, the post office, a bank. Otherwise, for larger areas, you will have to go to PONTIVY at 22.5 km.
