Location, cleanliness, responsiveness. great facilities. Lots of room! great walking around in the neighborhood and short drives to beautiful spots and fun in downtown Ptown
the app was hard to use.... I couldn't sign in through my phone. Light cooking and toasting bread set off the smoke alarms in the whole complex.

Loved the location, very safe and close to water. Very comfortable beds! Walkable to shops and eats. Large rooms and tons of sunlight! Easy check in and out
The overhead lighting is too bright. No full length mirrors, seating in living room could be better. Maybe a small sectional would be nice? TV didn’t turn on (wasn’t a big deal, but would have been nice on a rainy Fall evening).

The location
The fact that it was more appropriate for very tall people as the shelves in the kitchen were inaccessible for us. A small step would solve the issue,
The bed in the back bedroom was very creaky,- I think it may actually be broken. Also it has very pointed and sharp base on which I hit my shins regularly,- drawing blood!!
The sound insulation is very poor
